Not RIP, but RP

Reowned Promises, A Nova Story, has been UPdated to Chapter 8 for all to enjoy!

The Gang is still sitting heavily at Chapter 34(?).  I get so confused as I’ve made so many drafts behind the scenes.  I’m not sure when I’ll UPdate though because I kind of want to keep it even and regularly.

13pumpkin is hoping to get out a new Sunday Sims this weekend, but who really knows.  Both of her little girls are sick and with the baby coming, she’s been feeling a little under the weather.

And I’ve been working with Mr. Hopeless a lot lately on getting his stuff ready to release a story or challenge.  He wants to very much, but RL kind of gets in the way.  We’ll see though.  I’ve got to get him some Sims and sets and maybe we’ll see a story in the future?

Hi, I’m back.  Still got a slight cold, but I’m well enough to try and make a scene or two…or three…or sixteen…

What’s all going around the forums?

Actually not that much.  At least with the categories of the forums I check. 

Hell Has Spoken is dimenishing   I wish things would pick up because I would love to do some things/contests/justforfun/laughs/blah, but I need members for that…so join if you haven’t!

BlackPearlSims is CAS contest-less as the host is very busy I’m not in to any of the other contests out right now…

I’m not that active on GOS like I want to be, but I’ve never been able to get into much of the discussion there.  I do however comment on people’s stories/legacies/challenges…or at least try to.  Sometimes I’m just not in the commenting mood.

But let’s talk hair. 

Peggy and Newsea are pretty much the creators that are making good hair (minus Peggy’s textures and colors besides dark brown/black).   Pooklet those SOBs! 

Don’t you remember the days when SimsArtistUnion, Raon, Rose, XM, Nookie, and HelgaSims were great competition?  Don’t get me wrong, I still very much LOVE their hairs and still use many of them today.  But it’s something to think about…

I’m still on the hunt for nice short guy hair.  Trapping had a really, really good one that I got recently.  And it was SHORT!  Not sorta, SHORT.  Guys need realistic hair every now and then. 

Actually, I’m on the hunt for anything guy related.  I know GOS had another manly theme for creations and I got most of the things in that thread (if not all). 

Enough about downloads.  Where are we in stories?

The Gang should have a new chapter out this week.  I’m not so sure about Reowned Promises.  I need to have a session for it and take ALL of the pictures UP to the ending of the tale.

Well Shit

Yep, I’m sick.  Sicker than a dog, the saying is.  I called in yesterday from the job to work the sickness out of my system, but it didn’t go as planned.

It’s a shame because it’s really nice outside and I would like to enjoy it, but no.  I must have a head that feels like it’s about to explode.

So this makes us a set back. 

I was going to post early this week for The Gang because I’ve got sooooo many chapters made up ahead of schedule, but I barely have enough concentration to type this post/rant/weepers, let alone enough concentration to remember where I am…or edit and post a new chapter.

So throwing away the idea of UPdating this week and perhaps next week if this (whatever this is) gets any worse.

So good-bye 2011 and hello 2012!  It’ll be another half a year before I start automatically dating correctly. [shakes head]

What’s going on around the stories?

Well, holidays cause craziness, but Reowned Promises was UPdated to Chapter 7 and The Gang to Chapter 33: Without Caring.

Yay for that.  RP’s time is running down though and soon it’ll be finished and another story must start.  So what story?  That’s the problem.  I’ll expand more when RP is finished.  There will be a poll like last time.

It’s been awhile.  I’ve been pretty busy with work and other RL stuff so that’s why I’ve been away from the Internet worlds.

Fortune and Romance was UPdated awhile back.

Sunday Sims is UP to Chapter 47(?)

My stories:

The Gang is still heavily sitting at Chapter 32: Without Injury.

While Reowned Promises has been on hiatus at Chapter 6.  I plan to work on it this weekend, but no promises.

I’ll be staying with 13pumpkin this weekend and we’re going to be working on her game.  It’s got issues do to 80,000+ downloads and probably some conflicting crap.

Also on my mind is putting out Interlude II of Alternate Universe…I don’tknow when would be a suitable date.  I’m not starting a new-ish or sequel of a series until Reowned Promises is finished…and that’s going rather slowly.  There will be 4 interludes total before I put out teasers for AU, Book 2…but I suppose just mentioning it is kind of a teaser in itself.

I’m also thinking about some other projects I have going on.  I really don’t want to have more than two series going on at the same time, but then again I’m pretty anxious to reveal these other stories to you peeps out there.

So…it becomes a problem.  Do I just have more than two series going on?  Or do I put The Gang on hiatus so a new story can blossom?  Or do I hold off on AU2 even longer?

The reason why I don’t want to have more than two series going on at the same time is because SimCave doesn’t allow more than two stories from a single user to be UPdated until one of those stories is completed.  And I don’t want to start a new series under the cut and our SimCave buddies miss out…

So there’s a lot of thought to be put into this.  I’m sure a lot of you will be excited to see Vaiden and the girls in action again, but then some might be interested in a fresh start…?

Yes, I’m Alive-ish

The Gang, Chapter 31: Without Muscles was posted on the 14th.  I forgot to post at all of the Sim forums about it…so I just got done doing that…making an apology, such and such.  It is unlike me  to forget UPdating.  I suppose it comes from working.

There is a very, very important announcement on SugarCoatedSims (Sunday Sims) for everyone to read.

Strange_tomato UPdated Strangetown, Here We Come.  I hope you all go and view it.
